Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of internal audits, which may include assignments on technology, finance, operational, and compliance risk areas
  • Work with team members to identify potential control gaps, process improvement opportunities, and risks requiring further action
  • Develop strong relationships with various business stakeholders in our local businesses and world headquarters
  • Support audit planning and administration activities, including understanding end-to-end business processes, risks, and controls
  • Bring your skills using emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, and brainstorm with the team to operationalize ideas that improve audit quality and efficiency
  • Assist in the execution of internal audits, which may include assignments on technology, finance, operational, and compliance risk areas.
  • Support special projects, research, and ad hoc research as assigned

To be Successful, you’ll need the following:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions

Preferred qualifications

  • Interest in Otis’ business and our stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business processes and identify risks and controls
  • Knowledge of internal audit principles and practices
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel pivot tables, basic SQL) is a plus

Salary Range:

The hourly range for this role is $25-26/hr.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.  Pay within the range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
