量産化する上での技術的な解決、生産性の向上、コスト削減や品質管理、生産装置の改善・維持・管理まで幅広い業務を担う生産技術開発職のそれぞれのエリアにて、以下のような業務体験を行います。
プロセスエンジニア
化学反応、物理条件の最適化を行い、新しい薬品や条件を生産に適用する。
製品技術エンジニア
製造プロセスフローの構築・改善を担います。不良・スペック未達等の問題に対して、プロセス改善を行い、その解決を図る。
装置エンジニア
生産装置の構造、動作原理を習得し、生産装置の観点から生産性を更に高める活動を行う。
生産工学エンジニア
様々なデータを分析し、より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案や、生産計画の企画を立てる。
品質技術エンジニア
原材料品質、クリーンルーム環境、生産プロセス、生産システム、出荷テストなど、原材料投入から製品出荷までの製造工程全般を管理し製品品質を改善する。
必要スキル： 理工系学部専攻の大学3年生以上の方
