Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in handling and managing incoming leads/enquiries from various digital platforms, e.g. website, social media, emails, WhatsApp and Telegram (text message only)
Lead qualification (i.e. follow up on campaign leads via text message or emails)
Update leads and customer data into database for direct marketing, analysis, and reporting
Provide support for both digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives
Assist in the production and/or updating of marketing creatives and collaterals
Assist in event organisation when required, e.g. to provide logistics support for Agent Site Tours, Partner Rewards Event, etc.
Assist in exploring process improvement initiatives
Assist in any other marketing research or ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
Keen to gain experience in working on B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives
Able to work in a team and independently
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Excel is a must (advanced Excel knowledge in formulas / pivot table is an added advantage)
Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage
Interested in customer service, or past customer service experience is an added advantage
