Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling and managing incoming leads/enquiries from various digital platforms, e.g. website, social media, emails, WhatsApp and Telegram (text message only)

  • Lead qualification (i.e. follow up on campaign leads via text message or emails)

  • Update leads and customer data into database for direct marketing, analysis, and reporting

  • Provide support for both digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Assist in the production and/or updating of marketing creatives and collaterals

  • Assist in event organisation when required, e.g. to provide logistics support for Agent Site Tours, Partner Rewards Event, etc.

  • Assist in exploring process improvement initiatives

  • Assist in any other marketing research or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines

  • Keen to gain experience in working on B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Able to work in a team and independently

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Excel is a must (advanced Excel knowledge in formulas / pivot table is an added advantage)

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage

  • Interested in customer service, or past customer service experience is an added advantage
