As an intern (f/m/x), you are the helping hand in our team when it comes to goods receipt – including customs clearance, parcel acceptance, and shipping.
You support fleet management.
You bring a fresh perspective to our processes by creating, describing, and optimizing them.
You can expect an exciting insight into facility management, where you actively participate in space planning, workplace design, and the maintenance of our buildings.
Furthermore, you support us in commissioning and managing service providers (m/f/d) as well as in organizing and moderating appointments and meetings.
If required, you will also support other exciting topics within our Business Unit Governance & Business Services.

You are an enrolled student (f/m/x) in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program and are motivated to actively support our team with a hands-on mentality.
You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new topics and enjoy taking on responsibility.
A solution-oriented way of working and empathetic communication characterize you.
You are keen to work on-site with colleagues (f/m/x) in the office in Ulm.
To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
