Your responsibilities:
Support the purchasing process, including preparing and processing purchase orders
Monitor order statuses and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Communicate with suppliers via phone call to confirm order details, and resolve delivery or pricing issues
Participate in procurement-related projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
Take ownership of assigned procurement tasks and ensure timely execution
Collaborate with the Team Leader and Team Members on ad hoc tasks and ongoing projects
Our requirements:
Confident English skills in a business environment (B2 or higher) – so you can communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers
Confident French skills in a business environment (B2 or higher) – to support our international operations
A background in Procurement or Customer Relationships is a plus – we love candidates eager to apply their knowledge and grow with us
Strong attention to detail and accuracy – essential for day-to-day accounting tasks
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects
