Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Assist RMs in preparing marketing materials to potential or existing customers.
Conduct market and industry research pertaining to the credits being proposed or reviewed.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and credit applications as directed by RMs or Department Head.
Learn credit analysis & underwriting for commercial lending.
Learn credit approval process in a bank.
Assist RMs in the credit documentation process.Coordinate with other departments or units of the bank in closing and funding transactions.
- Assist in reporting requirements and loan portfolio analysis as determined by the Department Head.
- Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
