Interns will receive hands-on experience working with agile teams of Engineers and Analysts with industry-leading, vertical software solutions in the construction market.

As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of software applications that solve real-world problems. You will collaborate with software developers, analysts, and a designated mentor to enhance existing features or develop new functionalities. Your work will include writing and debugging code, developing solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks, and exploring opportunities to optimize software performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • College students working toward a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Applicants should be in their junior or higher year and plan to continue working toward their degree.

  • Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills, including in English.

  • Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment.

  • A demonstrated interest in software development and solving technical challenges.

  • Understanding and use of AI Development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

  • Experience or coursework in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with modern software development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Angular, React).

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle) and writing SQL queries.

  • Understanding of fundamental software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.

  • Basic familiarity with computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing) and troubleshooting.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
