KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Transition Management team is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of changes to assets within portfolios including the client on-boarding and off-boarding process. The Transition Management team ensures any changes to assets are coordinated across Eastspring and its Service Providers and act as a single point of contact to receive, triage, plan, problem solve, monitor and implement asset related requests, queries and changes.

It is also responsible for ensuring trading accounts readiness and maintaining counterparty records.

This role has a number of key responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate custodian and trading account records
  • Support account opening requests
  • Support onboarding of brokers and counterparties and facilitate KYC and Due Diligence conducted by counterparties
  • Introduce innovative ways to transform data maintenance
  • Support the team in maintaining and updating team processes, procedures, checklists etc.
  • Support adhoc projects

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. VBA / Workflow system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of visualisation tool (Power BI) will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate team play and a will to win together
