The End User Services team serves as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues. We are dedicated to resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges through both remote and on-site assistance, minimizing downtime, and continuously enhancing the digital workplace experience to empower employees to work efficiently and securely.
Your Mission
- Provide on-site technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Help with IAM tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Document issues and solutions accurately within the IT Service Management System.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and support asset tracking activities
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT service delivery and workplace support.
