Job Description & Summary

The Human Capital (HC) team at PwC Vietnam includes Human Resources Operation, Recruitment, and Learning and Development professionals. The HC team's vision is to attract, develop, reward and manage diverse and authentic leaders, at all levels, who build strong relationships and serve our clients well. We do this by partnering with our business leaders to engage and retain our people by listening to their needs and designing innovative people solutions.



As the Recruitment Intern, you will be coordinating Recruitment activities, as well as performing admin tasks to ensure that Recruitment services are on time and follow the current Policy correctly.



We are pleased to invite highly motivated candidates to apply for the position of Recruitment Intern in our Ha Noi office.

Key Responsibilities: 

The Recruitment Intern is responsible for these areas: 

  • Support in interview arrangements and following up on candidates’ status. 

  • Build a database of candidates (candidate information, test/interview schedule, status, feedback, etc). 

  • Implement activities related to hiring processes for new employees who meet PwC’s standards (Hiring documents, Initial Health check-up, On-boarding preparation, Personnel file etc). 

  • Assist the Recruitment team in organizing Recruitment events (Job Fair, PwC Tour, Seminar, Internship Recruitment Events, etc) 

  • Follow up on other admin tasks: work permit, visa, etc as required 

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Managers, as required.  

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or another related major. Able to work full-time for three or six months. 

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese 

  • Self-motivated, highly committed, hard-working and responsible when working under pressure and getting work done promptly. 

  • Able to multi-task with appropriate priority. 

  • Detail-focussed, well organised and able to work either independently or in a team. 

  • Good interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness to work with both internal and external customers and clients. 

  • A proactive approach, combined with common sense. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and a knowledge of databases.
