Job Purpose: We are seeking an enthusiastic Sync Intern to assist with an categorization of Latin catalog for syncs initiative. This role will support the Latin sync team in researching and compiling information for deep roster cuts, ensuring a more thorough dissemination of the Latin catalog for sync opportunities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the Latin sync market.
What You’ll Do:
Be responsible for supporting VP of Sync on specific sync projects and assignments including:
Digitalization of Catalog for Sync
Artist Sync Project: to identify most sync friendly songs of key roster writers
Assisting in:
Uploading, updating, and maintaining sync databases (Tempo, PITCH, etc.)
Maintaining updated various project charts & reports
Generating and maintaining marketing material needed by the sync team including but not limited to One Sheets, blurbs, social media stats, etc.
Populating playlists for pitching to clients as requested by VP of Sync
Who You Are:
Currently pursing a degree in music, audiovisual, film production or advertising fields.
Alignment with Sony’s Purpose and Values
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Highly organized individual who pays close attention to detail
Ability to work independently and while also being a team player
Bilingual: English and Spanish, spoken and written fluency
Plus: You are a clear, effective, and accurate communicator
Plus: Entry level knowledge of sync, digital music space and social media
