Responsibilities

• Work with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance, and HR to support operational and company objectives.

• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CIP) projects; maintain metrics and analyze data to drive process and efficiency improvements.

• Support purchasing and sourcing activities with technical knowledge for materials, services, calibration equipment, tooling, and fixtures.

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP, monitor delivery and aging status, and ensure timely completion.

• Support cost-saving initiatives through supplier consolidation, benchmarking, and spend data analysis.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams on delivery schedules and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or discrepancies.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)
