Your Role

  • Ownership of Sub-Projects: Take initiative and responsibility in Strategic Pricing & Customer Finance to refine our Commercial Excellence practices, contributing to our vision of becoming a data-driven company

  • Data Acquisition and Quality Assurance: Identify necessary data sources, ensure consistency, and enhance data quality through rigorous cross-checking and validation processes

  • Data Integration and Analysis: Combine data from various sources using Excel and PowerBI to bridge silos and generate innovative insights

  • Visualization and Reporting: Develop and program Excel and PowerBI dashboards for effective visualization, catering to both management and employee levels

  • Insight Generation: Analyze data to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making in marketing and pricing.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively refining data processes and reporting tools to optimize accuracy and relevance for business objectives

  • Regular feedback sessions with an experienced mentor will support your development, ensuring a rewarding learning experience during your internship

Your Profile

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor/Master or equivalent studies during the whole period of the internship

  • Experience in relevant areas like economics, financial controlling, business analytics, healthcare or natural science

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot, Power Query) and PowerBI (data models, DAX measures, matrix visuals); familiarity with data visualization techniques

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present data findings and insights

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for data-driven decision-making

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional and international teams

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus
