Intern Scrum Master

YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

• Facilitating that the team is fully functional and productive to get the most of out self organization
• Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions and removes barriers
• Support organization transformation, processes optimization, ensures that the Agile/Scrum is understood and enacted;
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
• Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Supporting the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Shields the team from external interference

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor or Master of Science
• Very good communication skills in English in written and spoken form
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner
• Experience with JIRA Software or other agile planning tools
