Financial Reporting Support: Assist in coordinating monthly actuals and variance analysis, while maintaining master data integrity to ensure accurate reporting across Global Finance.
Data Consolidation & Analysis: Collaborate with the FP&A Lead to gather and organize financial data, helping transform raw numbers into clear insights for senior leadership reviews.
Presentation & Meeting Prep: Support the preparation of financial decks and materials for leadership meetings, including basic scenario modeling for new business initiatives.
Digital & Process Innovation: Act as a junior digital partner by identifying manual tasks that can be streamlined or automated using digital tools and AI applications.
Bachelor or Master student enrolled in finance, economics or a similar field.
Highly motivated with an enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
General business process understanding and knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
Effective problem-solving skills paired with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal format.
Advanced skills in Excel and gSheet; Digital and AI, and/or SAP are a plus.
Proficient in English; additional language is a plus.
Able to manage multiple priorities and to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
