What this job involves

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

This internship programme will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within our Asia Pacific Corporate Solutions Research team.  Working under the guidance of our experienced real estate professionals, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

Have you got a passion for research field work and an interest in data analysis? You will conduct desktop research on key trends and development trends. These data will be validated through field work, gathering actual occupier trends and assess actual physical status of projects. You will be trained by senior analysts before eventually making your own assessment.

You will be expected to transform and articulate this ground intelligence into usable information in local and regional reports as well as presentation decks. The reports you help create will be then used by the broader research team, JLL Corporate Solutions and other business lines in presentations to clients and the wider business. Expect to be present your findings throughout your stint and be prepared to be included in projects plans, calls and workflow wherein you will work with multi-disciplinary teams across the Singapore business and wider SEA region.

You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Finance, Business or a similar related field. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator in the written and oral domain, with a team player mind-set.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.

Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply.
