Responsibilities
- Assist Cell Leader with Cell Layout and Process Flow for new Cell
- Time study of various repair processes, and associated TAT
- Review repair processes and assist Cell Leader in improving the process
- EH&S – Air Stacks and Local Exhaust Emissions
- Assist and Work on CORE projects – Kaizen, 3P, Process Certification, PFMEA, etc.
Requirements
- Polytechnic in Engineering
- Good in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)

- How repair cell works in an MRO
- Various repair processes and tooling and consumables used
- TAT for a repair process
- Importance of technical data
- How to study repair processes and improve efficiencies
