How you’ll make an impact

• You will be responsible for assisting in talent acquisition, sending scout email to potential candidates through job boards, data collection and analysis for talent mapping, etc.

• You will be responsible for file management and Office support, support employer branding events, other documentations, Etc.

• You will be responsible for other tasks assigned by the supervisor and tutor.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, study in Japan is a must.

• Interest in the HR field (especially in talent acquisition or recruitment) is required.

• HR Intern experience is nice to have.

• You can work and commute to Osaki (Tokyo) office 2-3 days / week.

• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills and quick learner.

• This internship will be a paid internship.

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English language is required.
