We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Project Management team. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in project management processes.
Job Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain project and stakeholder data accurately in relevant systems
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation
Support project team members in tracking project progress and deadlines
Help monitor project budgets and resource allocation
Conduct research and compile data for project reports
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Coordinate communication and scheduling with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation for projects
Provide general administrative support to the project team
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout all tasks
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of project management principles
Experience with data entry and database management
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
