Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Product Manager Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling digital products. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to support product initiatives from ideation through execution.

This internship will run for approximately 12 weeks and is a hybrid role based in the SLC office, with in-office expectations part of the week (Monday – Wednesday).

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support product managers in defining features, writing requirements, and managing product backlogs
• Assist in translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and product reviews

• Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to optimize product performance
• Help synthesize data into insights that inform product decisions

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to support product initiatives
• Assist in coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams

• Conduct research on user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Help gather and organize customer feedback to inform product enhancements

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology, product development, and user experience

What would make you stand out:

• Experience with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Previous internship or project experience in product, tech, or startups
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
