Procurement Intern
Analyst / Associate Analyst in Procurement perform various operational or analytical activities to support one or more key procurement processes
· Support one of the many procurement processes such as Buying (end-to-end), Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Compliance, e-Sourcing and Analytics & Insights, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
· Ensure adherence to Novartis defined policies and standards
· Execute and monitor standardized processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers
· Deliver performance and status reports, as per identified frequency for the process
· Become Subject Matter expert for the process and guide peers and other associates towards process excellence
· Participate in training sessions in collaboration with Country/Regional/Global stakeholders
· Bring in analytical mindset to transform the process and identification automation opportunities
· Promote continuous improvements in culture in order to transform the processes
· Support digital and technology transformation of procurement processes
· Meeting the process KPIs related to Quality, Accuracy and Productivity.
· Execution of responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
· High customer satisfaction (internal / external).
Education:
Graduates (any discipline) with MBA degree

· Ability to fluently read, write & speak English language
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills
· Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
