OVERVIEW

Automation, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Integrations, and Intelligent Applications development is the core of the various Solution Delivery Organizations of Johnson Control’s IT.

We are looking for talented developers, analysts, and administrators who can join hands to develop, design, test, and support Intelligent systems that enable JCI to deliver valuable business outcomes.

As an intern in the Applications area, you will partner with other stakeholders on developing and delivering quality software systems. This role involves acting as part of our dynamic, global team, which supports a diverse set of Enterprise applications-

ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS

You will be embedded with our teams working on new and ongoing projects. We are looking for interns having interests in –

• Designing and developing Automation solutions using bots, chatbots, Robotics Process Automation, and Power Platforms
• Data – Visualization, ETL, and building Data Models. Translate business requirements into use cases to support the delivery of analytic solutions
• Mobile Apps Development using Xamarin, IOS, and Android for various functions
• Web Application Development and support on Sales and Marketing Technologies. Helping us to understand and plan for the evolution of our Marketing Technology Ecosystem
• Provide support to our platforms such as – Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle Fusion and SAP, ERPs, and Service Max, amongst others

PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Application Development: Hands-on with any programing language: Java/C++/.Net/C#/Python

Data Analytics: Understanding in the areas of - Data Interpretation & Analyzing Results, Data Visualization, ETL, ML Models, PowerBI.

PREFERRED DEGREE BACKGROUND:

• Computer Science/ Information Technology
