Position summary:
You’ll work within a team to provide technical support for supply chain operations, extensively using the System Analysis Program Development (SAP) system, the online parts cataloguing system, and software coding to enhance process efficiency and documentation
What you’ll be doing:
Processing and updating material masters, including handling supersession, delivery time, commodity code/country of origin, Sales Product Hierarchy (Sales PH), and plant 3100 material master changes
Performing mass uploading of purchasing info-records and managing error resolution
Updating customer engine data and extending material masters
Assisting in parts identification using catalogues, technical manuals, and drawings
Drafting technical bulletins, work processes, and training documents
Who we’re looking for:
University students studying Engineering (Mechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.)
Basic understanding of diesel and gas engines
Creative thinker with a strong teamwork spirit
Proficient in computer systems with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of System Analysis Program Development (SAP) is an advantage
Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
