About the Role
We are seeking for a Partnerships, Product and Project Management Intern to support Disney Entertainment's Partnerships team in Thailand, where you will be given an opportunity to be exposed to the media and over-the-top (OTT) industry and learn the ropes of how to work within a dynamic, independent media organisation focused on achieving impact in Southeast Asia (SEA).
This role will provide business development and admin support to the Regional Partnerships, Product and PMO Lead and assist in managing multiple deals and project in SEA markets with focus on Thailand partnership deals. You will work closely with Local and Regional Partnerships Team Leads to ensure successful deals in Thailand. You may also help on regional projects to support the SEA Product and PMO team.
Responsibilities:
Support Thailand Partnerships Leads with new and ongoing commercial deals.
Track and follow-up on active proposals and current partner campaigns
Strong team player and able to partner across key collaborators

Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, and Media, or a related field
Strong time management skills juggling multiple projects
Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams.
Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for creatives, marketing and partnerships.
Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
Strategic thinker with good communications skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai
Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheet
