Allowance ranges from SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Tukang, Singapore

Position summary:
You’ll support the development of automation and technology initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and improving efficiency. Additionally, you’ll assist with daily operations, including tracking project progress. Your role will also involve supporting documentation and reporting tasks related to order management.

What you’ll be doing:

The Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Order Management Team supports the Original Equipment (OE) (i.e. engines) Sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, and cash flow management.

  • Supporting the development of IT solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency

  • Assisting with daily operations, including cash management and billing plan tracking

  • Maintaining clear and accurate operational documents and procedures in shared folders, and contributing to process improvements as needed

  • Compiling various reports (e.g., sales reports, inventory reports)

  • Providing ad hoc support to the Order Management Team as required

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Polytechnic diploma or university students pursuing Engineering or Business

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Motivated, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
