📅 Internship Terms - 6 months, full-time (either 40 or 35 hours/week) 📍Start Date - May 2026
About the Role
Support administrative processes, including complaints management, authority requests, authorization checks, and database updates
Conduct business and marketing analyses for current and potential routes, including competitive benchmarking, pricing reviews, and capacity comparisons
Assist Operations with documentation, quality case analysis, global communication with business partners, and punctuality performance reviews
Perform bus station–related analyses, system checks, and outreach to station managers for invoicing or troubleshooting
Provide hands‑on operational support at the Lisboa bus station, such as internet setup, TVM checks, and delivering documentation or devices to BP supervisors
About You
You are a student in Business, Transport, Law, or a related field
Possess availability for a full-time internship starting May 2026
Have native level Portuguese and fluent English are a must
Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
Possess strong attention to detail and confidence preparing documents, reports, and research
Have built solid Excel skills and proficiency with document creation tools
Are proactive, self driven and with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
