Job Description
You will be assisting the Operations team at Westgate with mall operations, and maintenance, project management, tenancy tasks and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations and management of the mall
Assist with building and restroom maintenance issues
Assist with Opex and Capex projects
Manage tenancy tasks, including tenant briefings, design reviews, and submissions
Assist on EHS and ISO compliance and documentation
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Prior knowledge and experience in Auto-cad will be a plus
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Integrated Facilities Management or any other related discipline
