Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park, etc.)
Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works
Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works
Assist in the liaising with tenants on outstanding fit out submissions after renovation and submission of renovation invoices
Updating of Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001
Provide assistance with Capex works
Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects
Assist in Asset Enhancement initiatives (AEI) work which includes but not limited to attending site meetings, participating in site inspections, facilitate takeovers from contractors and handovers to tenants, liaison with project team or main contractor on works/ feedback from tenants/ shoppers etc.
Support other ad-hoc Operation duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
Possess basic Facilities Management and M&E knowledge
Detail oriented and Meticulous
Proficient with Microsoft Office
