Job Description
You will be assisting the Operations team at Lot One with their daily operations, updating of technical data, and perform inspections and safety checks.
Responsibilities
Assist daily operations related to building, security and cleaning services
Update tenancy layout and documentation to maintain accurate records
Maintain and update the equipment list
Updating of ISO and EHS folders for operations documentation to comply with regulatory standards
Perform daily inspections and safety checks of plant equipment
Assist in reviewing records of plant equipment maintenance activities
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
General knowledge in facilities management and M&E
Prior knowledge and experience in Auto-cad will be a plus
