Job Description
You will be assisting the Operations team at IMM with mall operations, maintenance, project management, tenancy tasks and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations and management of the mall
Assist with building and restroom maintenance issues
Assist with Opex and Capex projects
Manage tenancy tasks, including tenant briefings, design reviews, and submissions
Assist with EHS and ISO compliance and documentation
Perform any other ad-hoc Operation duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with AutoCAD would be advantageous
