Feasibility & applicability of outcome-based payor model for States
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Analyze state health systems and various payor systems in country for their readiness towards inclusion of innovative high value therapies
Evaluate various outcome metrics that could be proposed for product in their respective therapy area
Benchmark various outcome-based models that Novartis and competitors have deployed in region/global markets in cardiology oncology and rare disease portfolio
Design strategic/tactical access plan to enable access to innovative therapies aligned to current and future product portfolio
Develop & curate value communication and technical proposal for Novartis product portfolio that enable inclusion into various payor ecosystems through outcome-based model
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in health, life sciences, pharmaceutical science with proficiency in quantitative and analytical skills
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Health or other related disciplines
Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries, management consulting.
Prior knowledge of or experience with public or private partners within the global health ecosystem
Skills:
Exceptional analytical (qualitative and quantitative), problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Ability to draft value dossiers and proposals for partnership & product inclusion
Ability to collaborate remotely with team members spread across country
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Languages:
English.
