Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, hardening, patching and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer).
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Assist in network security implementation and monitoring.
- Document network configurations and maintain configuration document.
- Provide technical support to project team on the network related support.
Basic Understanding of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- LAN/WAN concepts
- Routing & Switching
- Familiarity with networking tools and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Exposure to firewalls and network security basics.
- Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals.
Relevant certifications (or pursuing):
