Description:

This project aims to enhance NAND manufacturing yield and process robustness while improving operational efficiency through automation. The intern will analyze yield trends, identify root causes of variability, and develop automated tools to streamline data collection and reporting.

Job Scope:

• - Collect and analyze yield and inline data across critical process steps.
• - Identify key drivers impacting yield.
• - Develop Python/JMP scripts for automated reporting and dashboards.
• - Validate improvements through pilot runs and documentation.

Deliverables:

• - Yield analysis report with actionable recommendations.
• - Automated dashboard or script for real-time process monitoring.
• - Presentation to NTI leadership summarizing efficiency gains and impact.

Learning Opportunities:

• - Advanced yield analysis techniques.
• - Semiconductor process integration fundamentals.
• - Automation and data visualization using Python/JMP.
• - Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Skill Set required:

• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Proficiency in Python and JMP.
• - Knowledge of basic semiconductor processes.
• - Ability to work independently and in teams.
