What will your job look like?
The Intern Program will provide students with a broad, hands‑on learning experience across multiple departments within the MTM Health organization. The Intern will support a variety of business functions through project assistance, administrative tasks, data evaluation, and process improvement activities. The Intern will gain exposure in day‑to‑day operations, cross‑functional teamwork, and practical business skills while contributing to meaningful organizational initiatives. This is a temporary, learning‑focused position designed to develop professional competencies and provide insight into career paths within the organization.
What you’ll do:
Assist multiple departments with day‑to‑day operational tasks, administrative support, and project coordination
Conduct basic research, gather data, and prepare summaries, reports, or presentations as assigned
Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying opportunities, and helping implement solutions
Participate in cross‑functional meetings, training sessions, and job‑shadowing opportunities to gain broader organizational exposure
Collaborate with team members across various business areas to complete assignments and support departmental priorities
Uphold organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional workplace standards
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned, based on organizational needs and the intern’s skills and interests
Develop a working relationship with internal departments of MTM that fosters collaboration and mutual respect across all departments
Participate in all scheduled training and events offered through the MTM Internship Experience
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's program for the Summer or Fall 2026 school year
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Skills:
Leadership skills and ability to drive change
Innovative thinking & thoughtful risk-taking
Demonstrate a desire to form partnerships across the organization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
