Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and in-store).
Help manage and create engaging content for social media platforms.
Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional, visibility, sponsorship, and in-store activities,
Help organize marketing events, in store activations, and product launches, including to provide brief, POSM, collaboration with agency partners, and gimmicks if needed.
Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
Basic knowledge of marketing promotion and communication execution
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail a keen eye for market trends and consumer behavior.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and familiarity with social media platforms.
