About the Role

Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate IT environment by assisting the Aladdin L2 Support team. You will help maintain system stability, resolve user requests, and ensure our regional investment platforms run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Assist in investigating and diagnosing basic standard issues within the Aladdin platform to meet team service standards.
  • Ticket Management: Monitor and track outstanding service requests, ensuring users receive timely updates on their ticket status.
  • User Support: Act as a junior ambassador for Aladdin, helping end-users navigate the system and improve their overall proficiency.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Help maintain team SOPs and IT handbooks while learning about industry-standard ITIL processes (Incident and Change Management).

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Tech Savvy: A strong interest in financial systems (Aladdin knowledge is a huge plus, but not mandatory—we will train you!).
  • Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex technical problems.
  • Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with regional users.
  • Adaptive: Ability to work in a structured IT environment and a willingness to learn ITIL best practices
