Job Description

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial models to support acquisition, divestment, and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Develop investment narratives and presentations for internal stakeholders to assist in the investment management lifecycle.
• Support the investment team through the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, contributing to due diligence, valuation exercises, KYC and investment memorandums.
• Conduct in-depth research on global real estate market trends, property values, and competitor landscapes.
• Assist in monitoring asset performance metrics, cash flow projections and competitor analysis to provide data-driven insights to optimize portfolio management.
• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Real Estate, Finance, or any other related disciplines.
• Ability to analyse data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails.
• Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.
