Job Description
Engages with customers and clients to provide exceptional service. Provides suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes. Learns and becomes proficient on internal policies, practices, and general business activities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and best-practice documentation as part of the policy management lifecycle.
- Help document current-state security policies and procedures, research industry best practices, and support identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to governance activities by gathering information, preparing materials, and helping communicate updates related to security policies, standards, and control frameworks.
- Support ongoing reviews of existing security policies to ensure accuracy and relevance, and help coordinate with business partners on questions, exceptions, or identified risks.
- Assist in tracking and reporting security risks across the organization, including helping document risk decisions, remediate plans, and summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the Risk Manager and security team to help identify potential IT security risks and support client security review activities.
- Help prepare management reporting by collecting data and assisting with analysis of security controls and risk indicators.
- Support the planning, coordination, and maintenance of the organization's security awareness program, including training logistics and communication efforts.
- Assist in creating security awareness content - such as newsletters, training materials, and campaign messaging - and help publish content across internal communication channels.
- Participate in the setup, execution, and reporting of phishing simulations and other awareness activities to help strengthen employee engagement.
- Help maintain dashboards and metrics that track the effectiveness of the security awareness program.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality work and a positive experience for internal stakeholders and clients.
