Position Overview
The Information Security Governance and Risk team is responsible for issues and risk management, Risk and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSA) and gap assessments. This internship role will assist in these efforts and will require the ability to learn and understand Information Security Policies and Standards, industry best practices, as well as Information Technology and Security concepts and systems at least at a surface level. Responsibilities include assisting the team with assessing and documenting issues, risks and Information Security controls by scheduling meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, following up with assigned remediation owners, analysis of trends and maintenance of the Governance Risk and Compliance tracking system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio)
Working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change regularly, requiring the ability to adapt and shift quickly

Strong problem-solving skills

Interest in and basic awareness of Information Security and Cyber security

Pay Range: $20-$24 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
