As an intern (m/f/x) you support our HR Service Team in all matters related to the Employee Life Cycle and have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the topic of HR management.
Your key responsibilities include administrative activities, including the preparation of employment contracts and certificates, and the systematic handling of changes in working hours.
Active collaboration with various internal and external contacts is also part of your daily work.

You are currently studying (Business) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable degree program, and you bring enthusiasm for Human Relations, ideally complemented by initial experience in the HR environment.
You are characterized by open and empathetic communication as well as an independent and structured way of working, whereby a high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course.
Furthermore, you have good MS Office skills and a quick grasp, which enables you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems."
To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
