An internship opportunity in Markets – Knowledge Management & Insights (KM&I) within Internal Firm Services offers the chance to play a key role in knowledge sharing across PwC Indonesia. You will support administrative processes in both PMO publication and research activities, contributing to the enhancement of internal services for firmwide users.

  • Support team members with a variety of tasks, making daily contributions to KM&I operations.
  • Prepare weekly and/or bi-weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing activities within the team.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for team meetings or knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Prepare meeting notes and track action items for follow-up.
  • Support the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for knowledge management and publication processes.
  • Help create user guides or FAQs for internal tools and resources.
  • Regularly update and maintain relevant information on the team’s SharePoint site to ensure resources, documents are current and accessible.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Passion for desk research, with a strong sense for verifying information before analysis.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Initiative and proactiveness, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to contribute new ideas and provide valuable input to team discussions.
  • Commitment to a 6-month internship period.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (such as Copilot) for research and writing activities.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology trends in daily work.
  • Fast learner, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
