As a PMO Intern supporting Thought Leadership Publications, you will assist in the administrative coordination of publication-related projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting planning activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. You will work closely with project managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and adherence to timelines. This role emphasises administrative support, document management, and coordination across teams involved in the publication process. You will also contribute to the digitalisation of manual processes by helping build strategic dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and GenAI technologies, supporting data-driven decision-making and improving project visibility.

  • Support staff with a variety of tasks (adjust timeline, and plan documentation) and make daily contributions to the team – backup when staff on leave or peak season
  • Prepare weekly and/or bi-weekly reports and chase pending tasks
  • Participate in the thought leadership publication process and support administrative tasks
  • Assist with content development for the Markets SharePoint Site, especially for Thought leadership publication process
  • Develop and maintain interactive data visualisation dashboards using Power BI to support reporting and decision-making
  • Design, implement, and manage knowledge management taxonomy to ensure efficient and accessible information structures
  • Build, manage, and optimise Microsoft SharePoint Sites as hubs for collaboration and internal publication
  • Utilise Copilot365 across Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for task automation, drafting, brainstorming, and productivity enhancement
  • Apply Generative AI (GenAI) technologies for problem solving, data analysis, and process innovation with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Strong multitasking abilities, high attention to detail and well organised
  • Initiative and proactiveness, with attention to detail and understand the priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to recent technology trends in daily work . Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to contribute new ideas and provide valuable input. Familiarity with using Generative AI tools (Copilot) for drafting and brainstorming
  • Commitment to a 6-month internship period.
  • Strong English writing skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in data visualisation using Power BI
  • Understanding of data science concepts and knowledge management taxonomy
  • Ability to develop and manage Microsoft SharePoint Sites
  • Familiarity with Copilot365 usage within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong problem-solving skills using GenAI, with the ability to work independently
