Build Skills That Support People and Teams

Join Van Drunen Farms for a Human Resources internship where you will work on projects that improve communication and help leaders use new tools. This is a chance to learn how HR supports employees and plans for the future.

What You Will Do:

• Review current content planning tools and create a better way to organize communication
• Help set up a new succession planning system and create training materials for leaders
• Assist with reports that show how ready the company is for future leadership needs

What You Will Gain:

• Experience with HR systems and tools
• Skills in planning, communication and training development
• A better understanding of how HR supports company goals

What We Are Looking For:

• A Junior or Senior majoring in Human Resources.
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Comfortable using Microsoft tools and presentation software

Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00
