KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As an HR Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of exciting initiatives to modernize and optimize our HR processes as well working with the Talent, Learning, Culture team to empower, grow and develop staff. This isn’t just any internship—it’s a chance to develop a wide range of skills, dive into hands-on projects, collaborate with seasoned pros, and make a real impact in a vibrant and dynamic environment. - Dive into the World of HR: Explore and document our current HR processes and systems, uncovering hidden gems and areas for improvement.
- HR Trendsetter: Research emerging HR trends and transformation best practices, bringing fresh insights to influence our strategy.
- Innovate and Implement: Be a part of the team that designs and rolls out new HR processes and tools, making work life smoother and more efficient.
- Creative Collaborator: Join project meetings and let your ideas flow in brainstorming sessions, shaping the future of our HR landscape.
- Change Management Champion: Support change initiatives by preparing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption metrics to ensure smooth transitions during HR transformation projects.
- Generative AI Innovator: Explore and apply Generative AI tools to enhance HR processes—such as automating policy documentation, creating dynamic training content, and improving employee self-service experiences.
- Process Mapping Pro: Document and map local HR policies and processes for clarity, consistency, and easy reference, supporting HR Service Delivery and transformation initiatives across LBUs.
- Talent Management Trailblazer: Support the talent management process by supporting the talent identification and assessment process across the organization. Co-ordinate with HR teams in different countries to compile feedback on individual talents, run simple stats and create impactful presentation slides to showcase our talent and insights to management.
- Training Guru: Craft engaging training materials and user guides that make learning new HR tools and processes a breeze for everyone. Help the training team with wider organisational training initiatives to ensure an engaging and conducive learning experience, including booking in participants, manging training records, on the day set up and reviewing feedback.
- Data Detective: Collect, analyze, and report data to track our HR transformation project’s progress, as well as engagement survey data, ensuring we’re always on the right path.
- Team Support Hero: Provide essential administrative support to the HR transformation and talent and learning team, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing a degree in any faculty
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Copilot).
- Able to create engaging visuals and present data using tools such as PowerPoint or Canva (for slides and videos)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pro-active and hardworking
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to explore various areas of HR
