Job Description

As an intern with the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Learning & Development team, you will support with training administration, staff welfare matters and HR operational matters.


Responsibilities

  • Support in training administration (including course registration, sending confirmation emails, updating training records, arranging payments, following up on certifications and course evaluations, and updating the learning directory in the HR system)

  • Administer the issuance and tracking of corporate passes

  • Coordinate employee care initiatives such as the arranging of wreaths or get-well gifts when required

  • Issue medical chits for flu vaccinations and travel kits when required

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for temp staff

  • Assist with internal communications by uploading promotions and deals for employees on the company intranet

  • Assist in verification checks for former employees

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous

  • Possesses strong organisational skills
