Job Description

You will be supporting the HR Business Partnering team in daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

Support and facilitate employee life cycle processes that include:

  • Manage headcount report and organisation charts

  • Analyse HR data and prepare related presentation decks and reports for HR activities, including annual budgeting exercise

  • Extract and prepare data for annual HR activities, including employee engagement surveys

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening job applicants and sharing shortlisted profiles with hiring managers

  • Work closely with HR Shared Services and HR Information Systems to handle HR transactions

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department

  • Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or any other related disciplines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
