Project Title
Unified Component Validation Dashboard Platform based on Tableau

Project Description

The platform will ingest raw execution data from multiple validation flows and present standardized, high‑quality visual analytics to enable deeper insight into HBM validation results across products and conditions for debug and characterization purposes.

Project Scope

  • Develop a centralized, scalable dashboard platform for Component Validation
  • Aggregate raw execution data from multiple validation flows into standardized visual analytics for HBM products.
  • Process and normalize validation data using a consistent and reusable data model suitable for cross‑flow and cross‑product analysis.
  • Build Tableau dashboards with plots, tables, trends, and comparison of prior and next-generation HBM products.
  • Enable multidimensional analysis across voltage, temperature, data rate, validation flow, and execution runs.
  • Explore foundations for automated anomaly detection, rootcause analysis guidance and AI‑assisted insights (where feasible).

Deliverables

  • A scalable, interactive, and user‑friendly Tableau dashboard platform for Component Validation analytics.
  • Standardized data structures and documented data pipelines supporting repeatable dashboard development.
  • Clear visualization of validation trends and comparisons to support engineering decision‑making.

Skillset Requirement

  • Tableau (dashboard development, data visualization)
  • Programming: Python and/or Java (for data processing and integration)
  • SQL and relational database concepts
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization best practices

Course of Interest
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering (with interest in software/data analytics)
