Job Description

You will work closely with the Group Administration team to assist in the day-to-day operations and support ongoing projects. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining quotation from service providers for all admin related services 

  • Support and liaise with service providers, contractors, building management personnel on breakdown and preventive maintenance of the offices 

  • To support and manage preventive and routine maintenance and work schedules including daily office walks / checks 

  • Co-ordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment 

  • Assist in the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces 

  • Assist with asset tagging and coordinate internal facilities related moves (incl. logistics planning and working on site to prep new office for moves / current office for reinstatement etc.) 

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 

  • Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and willingness to learn 

  • Team player and able to work independently 

  • Willing to travel between the different corporate offices e.g. Capital Tower/UBIX/Ascott Centre for Excellence as and when required
