This internship will provide experience with primary, excess and professional liability claims-related litigation and business-critical work assignments and projects, an overview of legal experience within a corporate structure and an opportunity to develop work-life skills.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Assist with Litigated and Pre-Litigated matters and Special Projects as assigned
Conduct legal research on various claim-related issues on a 50-state basis
Identify legal trends in relevant claim-related subject matters
Draft memoranda and Project Summary Reports
Review and synthesize information retrieved from various legal and non-legal databases
Interact and liaison with in-house claims and legal staff and outside law firms as directed
