Key Responsibilities
- Characterization of Digital Reference Circuits: Work with wafer, bare dies, and packaged samples to assess active/passive power, performance, and reliability indicators.
- Sample Handling and Measurement Execution: Utilize prober/tester/characterization setups to conduct precise measurements.
- Optimization of Characterization Capabilities: Improve and streamline characterization routines and processes.
- Lab Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of ramp-up of lab setups with reference measurements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar) in the 4th semester or higher.
- Lab Experience: Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of experimental electrical measurement setups, CMOS, solid-state semiconductor physics, and circuitry.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills within an engineering team.
- Learning Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
