Key Responsibilities

  • Characterization of Digital Reference Circuits: Work with wafer, bare dies, and packaged samples to assess active/passive power, performance, and reliability indicators.
  • Sample Handling and Measurement Execution: Utilize prober/tester/characterization setups to conduct precise measurements.
  • Optimization of Characterization Capabilities: Improve and streamline characterization routines and processes.
  • Lab Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of ramp-up of lab setups with reference measurements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar) in the 4th semester or higher.
  • Lab Experience: Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of experimental electrical measurement setups, CMOS, solid-state semiconductor physics, and circuitry.
  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills within an engineering team.
  • Learning Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
